Built by Hammond and Whitcomb as a rental in 1912, this house was sold to Raymond and Sarah Boner in 1923. Mr. Boner, a factory worker at Studebaker, owned the house until 1950, when it was sold to Harry Osborn, a conductor on the South Shore Railroad.
