Built by Hammond and Whitcomb in 1911, this house was rented to William Stephens, an employee of Wymans, until 1920, at which time it was sold to the Whitcomb and Keller Corporation. They rented the house to candy maker James Poledor and sold it in 1924 to his brother, Eustice, also a candy maker.
