David Fisher, a builder and contractor, built this house circa 1905. Upon Mr. Fisher's death in 1910, the property was left to his wife, Wilhelmina, and their children. In 1912, they sold the house to Arthur T. Cook, who stayed in the home until he sold it to August and Ella Landgraf in 1917.
