This house was constructed as a rental property in 1911 by Dora I. Keller, who rented out the house until 1921, when it was sold to William and Martha Siekman. William Siekman was a printing pressman for the L. P. Hardy Company. They lived there until their deaths - Mr. Siekman in 1945, and Martha in 1955.
