Built between 1906 and 1908 as an investment property, several families resided there from 1908 until 1919. Evelyn and LeRoy Jaquith purchased the Queen Anne house by 1919 and resided there until the late 1930s when the Jaquiths began to rent out the house. In 1944 and 1945, the house was converted into two apartments and has continued to be an investment property.
