Fred Keller, county surveyor and a civil engineer, and Edith Keller, purchased this lot from Charles Woolman in 1897 and had this house built by 1898. They lived there with their son Charles. By 1904, the Kellers had sold the Queen Anne home to Myron Campbell; they had built a new house at 609 Portage Avenue.
