This house was built between 1884 and 1886 for Daniel and Mary Miller. Daniel was an engineer for the Studebaker Company. Mary Miller lived in the Queen Anne home until 1908 and gained income from boarders. By 1910, Harrison and Antoinette Crockett had purchased the property. They resided there until 1948. Walter Hildebrand, an architect, purchased the property in 1949.
