This house was built in 1892 for Oren G. Huff and Bessie Oliver Huff. They resided there with their son, Charles, and Bessie's sister, Hattie Oliver. Oren was a wholesale lumber dealer. The Huffs sold their home to Arnold and Anna Peden. Amy Jones, the former owner of 710 Park, restored this house to a single-family residence in 2000-2001.
