Ennis Austin designed this home for the George Hodson family; it was completed by 1904. George H. Hodson resided at the address from 1904 until 1909. Hilda Hodson Titus, a widow, lived here in 1910 with her children: George W. and Florence. By 1912, Frederick and N. R. Bickelhaupt resided in this Queen Anne house with their children: Arthur and Mabel. Frederick was a superintendent for the Studebaker Corporation.
