Built by Hammond and Whitcomb in 1911, this house was rented to Rollo and Blanche Bunch in 1912. In 1915, Seth Hammond sold the house to the Bunch family. Mr. Bunch was a salesman for Spiros. They owned the house until 1921, when they sold it to Charles Worden, an electrician at I&M Electric Company.
