Carrie B. Cook built this house in 1904 as a rental. He sold the house to Mrs. Jeneve Nafus Harding in 1915. She in turn sold it in 1920 to John Suchy, an upholsterer. He lived here until 1925, when he sold it to Ralph Osbourne.
