Andrew Fuerbringer had this house built in 1892 and it was sold in 1899 to retired farmer Henry P. Parker. Mr. Parker lived there until his death in 1918. The house was inherited by his daughter Iona Hempey, and she rented the property until 1944, when it was bought by Cecelia Garstka, a Bendix Corporation employee.
