This house was built in 1926 by Whitcomb and Keller and used for rental purposes until 1936, when it was sold to Leroy and Chloe Sellers. Leroy Sellers was employed by the Associates Investment Company as a legal advisor. They lived in the house until their deaths and it was sold by the estate's executor in 1973.
