Constructed in 1928, this Stapp-designed home was built by Whitcomb and Keller. It was sold in 1929 to Percy Walsh, a realtor. His parents, Lawrence and Ellen Walsh, bought the property in 1931. Lawrence Walsh was a retired fire inspector.
