Russell D. and Anna Burger rented this house after it was built in 1922 by Whitcomb and Keller. Mr. Burger was employed by the Studebaker Corporation as a general accountant. In 1925, the Burgers purchased the property and sold it later that year to Rose E. Lamb, a seamstress.
