C. E. Smith built this house in 1916 after platting his subdivision in 1915. For some years the bungalow served as an investment property. Christopher and Katherine Graf were the first listed residents. The house also served as John J. Reuthe's dental office in the 1940s and 50s. It was demolished in 2005.
