This Fred W. Keller-built home was constructed in 1908 and sold later that year to George P. Morey. The property was rented to Ferdinand Jain, a gardener at J. C. Birdsell. He lived in the house until 1915, when it was sold to Fannie and Zella Jain. Two years later, the property was purchased by George Switzer, a product supervisor at the Bendix Corporation.
