This unusual house was built as an investment duplex between 1901 and 1903. It is uniquely situated on a triangular lot at the corner of Rex and Ashland. John S. Divers and Volley E. Wilson resided in this Queen Anne duplex in 1903. Edwin Morse (a dry goods salesman) and his wife Elizabeth lived at 620 Rex from 1906 until 1916. This duplex has remained a rental property.
