Myron and Abbie Campbell owned this parcel of land and had this house built for their son, Robert, in 1904. Robert worked for the South Bend National Bank. From 1906 until 1921, this Queen Anne was rented to the Ralph Goodwin and Miles O'Brien families. In 1921, the Campbell family sold the property to Carl Ginz, an expert in the insurance field and president of private insurance firms.
