The 1899 Sanborn Fire Insurance map depicts the footprint of this Gabled-T building. At this time, Nelson L. Jones and his wife, Anne, were renting the house. They lived here until 1904. In 1910, Arthur Jones began renting the house. He was a bookkeeper for a local factory.
