Jacob T. Rellinger built this house in 1915 and used the property as a rental. In 1922 it was purchased by Charles W. and Mary Slick. Charles was the treasurer and general manager of Slick's Laundry and Dry Cleaning Company. They owned and lived in the house until 1955.
