This house was most likely moved to this lot, but records are unable to confirm this. Fire insurance maps depict a house with a much different footprint, that of a gabled-ell, in 1899. Ella Miller, the widow of Dr. Martin Miller, owned the property from 1892 until 1903. Subsequent homeowners included Dr. Alva Stonecipher, Albert and Laura Leisure, and John and Alice Yeagley.
