Ira Gray, a South Bend real estate developer, built this house in 1907 as an investment. He sold the house within a year to John Borg, the pastor of the Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church, and Clara Borg. In 1919, Rollo Page, an Aetna Life Insurance agent, and Mabelle Page purchased the house and lived here with their three daughters, Mary Louise, Kathryn and Virginia.
