Dr. Harry F. Mitchell and his wife Lillie built this house in 1903. Doctor Mitchell lived in the home until his passing in 1949. The property was sold in 1952 by his sons Weir and Grant to Gilbert B. Young. Mr. Young was a salesman for Samuel Spiro and Company. The house was sold again after a few months to Ike Paskiet, a serviceman, who rented it to his daughter, Dolores, and her husband, Robert Biber.
