This house was originally constructed in 1910 by Jackson B. Harper, a yard conductor for the New York Central Railroad. He resided there until 1920, then rented it out. In 1942 it was rented to Agnes Vrabel, a widow. She purchased the house in 1951 and remained there until 1957, selling it to Mary B. Bunyan.
