Constructed in 1904 by Hammond and Whitcomb, this property originally had a barn structure in the backyard. In 1907, Nellie and William Noland bought the property. Mr. Noland worked at the Wilson Brothers Shirt Factory as foreman. The Nolands sold it in 1919 to Myron Ford, who converted the barn into a rental house.
