The Thomas Buzby House was moved to this location by Joseph D. Oliver when he wanted to expand the gardens at Copshaholm in 1902 and the Buzby House blocked in the way. The 2.5-story residence has a hip roof with end gables, simple cornice, and plain returns with plain frieze board. There is a 25-pane decorative gable window. The facade walls are narrow clapboard with end trim and there are fish scale and diagonal shingles at the gable. There is a gable roof-covered front porch with decorated pediment over entablature, supported by decorated wood columns.
