The Washington/Colfax Apartments were built in 1923 in the Georgian Revival style. The brick buildings are 3 1/2 stories configured in a "U" shaped plan. There is a square front facade with a prominent bay window wall. There are limestone sills, limestone quoins, and details along with pedimented door entrances.
