This house was moved in 1979 from its original location at 524 N. Lafayette. It was designed by local architects George W. Freyermuth and R. Vernon Maurer and built by Charles Martin for Luzetta Fox Bowman. This Queen Anne/Free Classic has a long front porch with a low hip roof supported by a frieze on short round ionic columns. Her son, John, inherited the home and lived there until 1978.
