This house was built by businessman Albert A. Fulk in 1927. Mr. Fulk was employed at the George Wyman Co. until 1894, when he opened a dry goods store on S. Michigan. In 1921 he started a wholesale underwear and hosiery business. Mr. Fulk also owned a dairy farm and was a stockholder and director of the American Trust Company.
