Whitcomb and Keller built this house in 1929 and it was sold to surgeon George F. Green and his wife Geraldine in 1930.The Greens lived there until 1935, when it was sold back to Whitcomb and Keller. It was used as a rental until 1939, when it was purchased by Myrna and Dr. David Condit, an obstretician.
