Constructed in 1930 by Whitcomb and Keller, architect H. R. Stapp designed this house for Henry D. and Mary S. Hukill. Mr. Hukill was employed by the Bendix Corporation. In 1935, the house was bought by Will Welber and his wife, Ina. Will Welber was a nationally known merchandising expert.
