Developers Whitcomb and Keller had this H.R. Stapp-designed home built in 1928. It was purchased in 1929 by Nelson L. and Clarissa Ault. A master photo finisher, Nelson Ault opened Ault's Camera Shop in 1919. They resided there until 1937.
