Built in 1925 by developers Whitcomb and Keller, this house was used as a rental property until 1928, when it was sold to William and Gladys Niven. Mr. Niven was employed by the American Trust Company as manager of the Bond Department. It was sold in 1938 to Notre Dame professor Thomas Mills.
