In 1925, local developers Whitcomb and Keller built this H.R. Stapp-designed home, and sold it the next year to Benjamin and Kathy Fry. Benjamin Fry was a buyer for Robertson Brothers Department Store. Later, he was the executive secretary for the Federation of Social Services and the South Bend Community Fund.
