Local developers Whitcomb and Keller built this house in 1927 and in 1930 it was sold to Audrey and Hazel Kinsey. They sold the property to Dr. and Mrs. Devon Frash in 1942. After the death of Dr. Frash, Grace Frash sold the house in 1956 to Nancy and Harold Weeks.
