Built by Whitcomb and Keller and designed by H. R. Stapp in 1928, this Colonial Revival house was sold to Richard Baus that same year. Mr. Baus was the vice president of manufacturing at Studebaker Corp. A salesman with M.B. Skinner Company named Walter Gale and his wife Joan purchased the house in 1936.
