Designed by Ernest W. Young in 1912, this house has a twin located at 1091 Riverside Drive. The first owners were George and Virginia Zinky. George was a South Bend postmaster. Paul Kuehn, owner of Kuehn Footwear and an active South Bend citizen, and his wife Matilda, were the third owners, who then remodeled the house in 1941.
