This gabled front house was built in 1900, and Robert Sams, an auto dealer, had the commercial building constructed around 1955 for his dealership, Robert Sams Used Cars. Upon Mr. Sams death, it became the property of his wife, Patricia. She then sold the property and business to Michael Neal, who changed the name of the business to M and N Carrel Automobile Dealers.
