This Whitcomb and Keller-built home was constructed in 1923 and bought by Elroy and Sabra Powell. Mr. Powell was a traveling salesman. Otto A. Pfaff, chairman of the board of the Wheelabrator Corporation, bought the property in 1926. He lived in the house until 1941.
