Local developers Whitcomb and Keller built this house in 1923, and in 1926, it was sold to Frank and Louise Wottaw. Frank was the district manager for the Ben Hur Insurance Company. Upon Mr. Wottaw's death in 1955, the property was left to his daughter Anita Boswell. She resided here until 1977.
