This is a two-story duplex apartment house with a cross/square plan and gabled roof with simple cornice. Each entrance has a pediment, dentiled cornice, and Doric column supports. It was built after Peter Studebaker purchased the property. Mrs. Studebaker's coachman, Alonzo Robison, and Mary Giddings, a local leader of the Women's Christian Temperance Union, lived here.
